Each pump from the 3.5oz (100g) dispenser delivers 50mg of progesterone.

Natpro is free from parabens, soy, GMOs, and PEG. 

Each dispenser contains :

• de-ionised water
• caprylic/capric triglyceride
• cetearyl olivate/sorbitan olivate
• progesterone Ph. Eur. USP. JP.
• Aspen bark extract
• dehydroxanthan gum
• vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol

•Recommended daily dose for women: between 100 and 200mg (2 - 4 pumps)

•Recommended daily dose for men: between 10 and 100mg (1/4 - 2 pumps)

•Always use half the dose in the morning and the other half in the evening.
